Registration is now done electronically.  The registration deadline for spring is 2/28/10.  Late registrations will automatically be placed on a waiting list and only placed on a team is space and a uniform are available.  No team requests will be taken on late registrations.

The registration fee for Spring 2010 is $75.  This amount includes a full uniform for any new players - jersey, shorts, and socks.  Returning players will use their fall uniform unless there is a team change.  

Refunds:  Refunds minus a $5 administrative fee will be given up until the first game provided you have not received a uniform.  After that or if you have received a uniform, refunds minus the $5 administrative fee and a uniform fee will be given up until the second game.  After the second game, no refunds will be given.  The only exception to this is when we are unable to place a child on a team.  Then, a full refund will be given.

Donations Needed:  Green White collects donations to use for scholarships for families in need.  Individuals can contribute to the scholarships by using the electronic registration link above. 

Corporate or larger contributors will be added to our website with a link to their website as well.  Additionally, Green White will consider including signage at the fields or symbols and mottos on the uniform.  If you are interested, please contact Greg LaCost.

If you are going through economic hardship and want to apply for a partial scholarship, you will need to fill out the following form.  Scholarships are directly applied to participation fees.  Uniform fees are the responsibility of each family.  Please still use the electronic link above to complete the registration process.
